Accomplishments

1. In the third week of class, four of us (Yilun Bai, Jiawei Zhang, Zhouyang Jin, Zuyan He) participated in the co-motion safety orientation and LPKF tutorial session on Wednesday.

2. We began researching the data sheets and modules of Arduino Nano and the Bluetooth.

3. We began to learn to how to use the Eagle to do a simple PCB layout.

4. A general PRD assignment has been created by Zhouyang Jin.

5. Research on application development platform.

6. Yilun was researching on finding smaller board for our design. Turns out that Tinyduino or Microduino can maybe serve a better purpose for our project because of their compact size.

Drawbacks

1. Parts were arrived late.

2. Don't have the sensors yet.

3. The LPKF tutorial was very long and has many steps which is hard to remember everything. So it might be a good idea to have a written tutorial for that.

Plans on Next Week

1. We will begin to write the modules for our sensors after we receive them on next week.

2. We decide to create an initial schematic of our project by Eagle.

3. Write Arduino code to perform the sensors.

Division of Labor

1. Revised all the weekly blogs into the correct format.

2. Researched for a better board that serves the purpose.

3. Started working on the Eagle schematic.

1. Wrote the weekly blog and updated weekly blog 2 and 3.

2. Created a simple PCB layout.

1. Wrote the PRD assignment.

1. Researching on the application development platform, and researching app related information.
